Loch Lomond Coffee Co x Circular&Co

Reusable cups rooted in sustainability

Nestled on the banks of Loch Lomond, Loch Lomond Coffee Co has been a long-standing Circular&Co partner for over seven years. United by a shared commitment to sustainability, quality and thoughtful design, our collaboration has helped bring reusable cups into the hands of thousands of coffee lovers across Scotland and beyond.

About Loch Lomond Coffee Co

Founded by brothers Stuart and David Fraser, Loch Lomond Coffee Co was born from a passion for great-tasting coffee and a belief that it should be produced responsibly.

What started as a single coffee shop in Balmaha has grown into a respected coffee roastery and hospitality group, supplying speciality coffee through their own cafés, drive-thru locations and retail partners.

Sustainability isn’t an add-on for Loch Lomond Coffee Co, it’s embedded into everything they do. From powering their Balmaha site with a biomass heating system fuelled by spent coffee grounds, to using solar energy and electric vehicles wherever possible, their approach is practical, measurable and authentic.

The brief

As their brand grew, Loch Lomond Coffee Co wanted a reusable cup range that:

  • Reflected their sustainability values
  • Looked great as part of their retail merchandise
  • Offered customers a genuinely reusable, long-lasting alternative

Just as importantly, they were looking for a supplier they could trust – not just for one order, but for the long term.

The solution

Loch Lomond Coffee Co chose Circular&Co reusable cups to sit alongside their coffee offering, creating a natural extension of their brand.

Over the past seven years, they’ve sold over 2,600 Circular&Co cups, including:

  • 12oz reusable cups made from recycled materials
  • Stainless steel travel mugs for staff and customers
  • Custom-branded designs featuring their distinctive squirrel logo

Alongside the cups themselves, we’ve supported the partnership with:

  • Branded POS cubes to help tell the reuse story in-store
  • Flexible design support during the branding and proofing process
  • Ongoing collaboration as their product range has evolved

The impact

For Loch Lomond Coffee Co, reusables aren’t just merchandise, they’re a visible, everyday expression of their sustainability ethos.

By offering Circular&Co cups, they’ve:

  • Reduced reliance on single-use cups
  • Created a retail product that customers genuinely want to reuse
  • Strengthened their sustainability story at point of sale

For Circular&Co, this partnership is a perfect example of how long-term collaboration creates real impact, not just one-off orders.
