Christmas Information
To help make sure your gifts arrive in time for the big day, our last recommended posting date is Thursday 19th December. Orders placed by then should arrive by Christmas Eve, but we always suggest ordering early just in case there are any unexpected delays in the postal network.
Our offices will be closed from 12pm on Christmas Eve and we’ll be back, refreshed and ready to help, on 5th January. Any customer support enquiries sent during this time will be picked up as soon as we return.
Some orders may still be dispatched between Christmas and New Year, but responses may take a little longer than usual.
