Delivery and Returns
Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery costs and timescales, and how to return goods to us.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of payment. Your shipping costs will be detailed for you before you complete checkout. As a guide, UK orders should arrive between 1 to 2 working days from the date of dispatch. If you do not receive your parcel within 3 working days, please do drop us a line as we can then address any issues as quickly as possible.
If you order after 2pm on a Friday, your order will not be dispatched until Monday as unfortunately our staff do not work weekends.

Please note: Certain items are dispatched from a separate warehouses, and as such may arrive independently of other items in your order. In this scenario, please allow up to 48 hours for your order to arrive. If after this time you believe that an item is missing from your order, please contact:
Please note: Our House Signs are all hand-made to order and therefore require time to finish to our high standards. As such, House Signs are not dispatched until, at most, 10 working days after they have been ordered. Shipping times will be based upon your selection at checkout.
Returns and exchanges
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Circular&Co. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days and we will be happy to provide an exchange or refund. All returned items for exchange of refund must be in their original, unused condition.
Please call our team on 01872 575000 prior to returning an item, as there are occasions when we need to arrange the return beforehand. A detailed breakdown of the returns process which best suits you will be given over the phone.
Postage cost refunds
If a product is required to be sent back for repair or to be replaced then we will refund the delivery cost. If the goods are unwanted as opposed to faulty, we are unable to refund the delivery cost for sending it back, however we will refund the initial order in full (including any standard delivery charges) once it has been received by our returns department.
Remember to include your original receipt as proof of purchase.
