Here’s everything you need to know about getting your order delivered and arranging a return. If you need a hand, our Customer Support team will be happy to help.

We aim to despatch your order within 1–2 working days of payment. Your delivery costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

UK orders should arrive within 1–3 working days of despatch. If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 3 working days, please get in touch so we can look into it for you.

For Next Day Delivery orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, we aim to despatch the same working day. Orders placed after 12pm will be despatched the next working day.

We despatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be despatched the following Monday.

Some items are despatched from a separate warehouse, so your order may arrive in more than one parcel. Please allow up to 48 hours for the remaining items to arrive. If anything is still missing after that, contact and we’ll be happy to help.

We hope you love your Circular&Co. purchase. If it isn’t quite right, please let us know within 30 days and we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange or refund. Unwanted items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Before returning an item, please call 01872 575000 or email . We’ll guide you through the returns process and help you choose the best option.

If your product needs to be returned for repair or replacement, we’ll refund the return postage cost.

If you’re returning an unwanted item, you’ll need to cover the return postage. Once our returns team has received your return, we’ll refund your original order in full, including any standard delivery charges.

Please include your original receipt as proof of purchase to help us process your return.
