rCUP and Circular Cup are designed and tested for over 10 years of use. But even after that we’ll always do our best to repair or replace it. It’s our way of preventing products from becoming waste.
2. Money back if you’re not happy
If you try the Circular Cup and don’t enjoy it in the first month you can return it and we will give you a refund. Just contact us with direct proof of purchase and return it to us, where we’ll refund your original postage and cost of the product.
3. Hassle free replacement of parts
We offer free seal replacements for rCUPs and Circular Cups with photographic proof of your damaged seals. They are easy to remove and replace. Just contact us and we’ll organise your replacement.
4. Owner benefits
As a valued owner of one of our products, you can sign up to our newsletter and we’ll let you know when we are launching new products and trying out new things.
5. Always recyclable
All our products will always be 100% recyclable. When it’s time to say goodbye to your rCUP or Circular Cup you can recycle it with other plastics. We’ve designed it with circularity in mind.
