Every Circular&Co. product is designed to last as long as possible. All our products
come with an automatic two-year guarantee, and our support doesn’t stop there.
Beyond that period, we’ll help you keep your product working for longer through
replacement parts and advice.

or bottle working for longer.

Your cup or bottle guarantee
The guarantee covers manufacturing defects. Where needed, we’ll replace the affected components or the whole cup or bottle. Accidental damage, such as dropping your cup or bottle, and damage caused by misuse are not covered.
What’s covered?
- Your cup or bottle arrives with visible moulding defects, imperfections or scratches.
- Liquid becomes trapped between the inner and outer layers of your Circular Cup’s base because the weld between them has failed.
- Your Circular Cup’s open/shut mechanism stops moving up or down. Please note: a rattle inside the lid when the mechanism is raised in the closed position indicates impact or drop damage, which is not covered by the guarantee.
- Your cup or bottle arrives with missing seals, causing it to leak even when the lid is securely fitted and closed.
What isn’t covered?
- Lost seals.
- Cracks in your cup or bottle caused by drops or misuse.
- Leaks caused by seals becoming dislodged during vigorous washing or being fitted incorrectly after cleaning.
- A loose or wobbly top push-button on your Circular Cup. A little movement is part of the design and helps with drinking.
- Leaks caused by dirty seals that prevent a proper seal.
- A snapped plunger in your Circular Cup caused by misuse.
Keeping your cup or bottle working for longer
If your issue isn’t covered by the guarantee, we can still help. Our low-cost replacement parts are offered at cost price to extend the life of your cup or bottle. Please contact who will be delighted to help.
When your cup or bottle reaches the end of its life, our takeback scheme gives you 40% off a new cup or bottle when you return your old cup, bottle or part to us. Returned items are recycled.
