  4. Your cup will be personalised exactly as requested including spaces, capitalisation, and punctuation. Please note the character limit of 15 and ensure that you proof your order.
  5. Once your order is placed, we cannot make any changes to the personalisation so please be absolutely sure it’s exactly how you want it.
